My sweet hubs added crown molding and beadboard to my outdated 1980's oak cabinets. He then painted them a creamy cottage white. I love the brushed silver pulls he put on the doors and drawers.

Welcome to blogland! Your cabinets will be beautiful. Your husband is doing a great job!

Hi, Patti! I am also trying to find my niche in Blogworld. I joined Blogger a long time ago but just now have I gotten the nerve to actually post regularly.

Congratulations on winning that adorable valentine kitty. That is one of the cutest things I've ever seen! And what a sweet hubby you have. Your kitchen is going to look adorable. I love the shelves. I noticed the tidbit trays right off the bat! I have a thing about them, although I don't own a single solitary one. Yet. Haha!

I look forward to seeing more posts from you.

Sincerely, Pamela

Beautiful! I look forward to seeing the end result.

The previous owner of our home added crown molding to the tops of our cabinets. He was BRILLIANT. They are actually separate pieces (I call 'em caps) that come down. They make cleaning up there SO much easier!
