My sweet hubs added crown molding and beadboard to my outdated 1980's oak cabinets. He then painted them a creamy cottage white. I love the brushed silver pulls he put on the doors and drawers.

Holy Cow Patti...I had no idea there were so many Ann Estelle dolls available. I picked up my four 8" dolls from a Tuesday Morning store. They were a close out from Madame Alexander dolls so I'm sure I didn't pay a whole lot for them. I just went and looked at them and they are dated 1999.
But you have a whole beautiful room full. How charming they all are. I keep scrolling through all of your pictures to make sure I don't miss anything. Then I had to enlarge all of them so I wouldn't miss any detail. The embroidery on that dolls dress in the first picture is amazing. I love the doll with the with the Cherry dress and apron in the 4th picture down. It's so cute how you have all the little toys displayed on the shelves with your dolls.
I remember the little Fisher Price Barn. My son, who is 38 now, had one as a child. Some toys are just timeless. I still have his Legos, too...lol.
Thanks so much for joining us on ME Monday. I'm sure all the women will be as excited about your sharing with us as much I am.
Wow!

I'm so glad I blog hopped over here! I love your doll collection and you have it presented so well in your "doll room". I have a upstairs bedroom that we call my "Teddy Bear Room" - I have them all in a bookcase. I don't have too many dolls but I do have three from my childhood.

Hello-I am a friend of Elizabeth's and she mentioned you have a collection of ME dolls when I mentioned to her that I am DYING to have one!! You have such a collection-many darling faces and outfits I haven't seen. For some reason, I was in the Twilight Zone when her dolls were happening because I don't remember them, never got one. So now, in 2012, I am coming around to them!! I love dolls, and teddies, and did my Mom, and her Mother as well. I was even into making bears, then got into making the miniatures. Ah well, back to Ann Estelle...Your dolls are just to die for! They all look so darling where you have them. It's so nice to have room to spread things out. I no longer have much room, but will that stop me....no!!! Dolls, and teddies, and toys, and vintage things are so innocent. My goodness, what is the harm of grown women who still play with dolls and toys????? LOL I always say, you never outgrown your need for toys!!!! I'm glad I stopped by your blog - I hope you get to read this, I'd love to come to know you better!!!! :)
Hugs, Sandie
