New Beginnings today means that I am finally figuring out my new computer! I linked the printer - Big Hurrah! And, I have figured out how to add pictures to my posts - another Big Hurrah! Now - for any of you that can figure out this computer question....I would appreciate an answer! I have been copying vintage St. Patty's pictures from Pinterest for several hours - putting them into Word - resizing them - and they look great. Then, when I print them - they are not how they appeared on my Word 10 page that I had created. Usually they are too large for the print area. I decided to save the pics to my computer instead - but, hey - before I figured this out I wasted lots of ink!

I want to show you a bunch more Valentine pictures from my dear swap partners. Not having a computer for several weeks made posting impossible, so I do apologize for not sharing these with you sooner. I simply have LOVED every bit of Valentine sweetness that I received this year. Everything was so pretty, charming, cute, silly, amazing.. but, pure LOVE!
Lynn from the Life on the Wienee Ranch sent this valentine. It is reversable!
This side displayed nicely with my collection of vintage little girls dresses.
Lynn also gave me these darling vintage valentines. I just love each and every one of them. This "apple for the teacher" valentine is really cute!
Thank you so much Lynn! I just love everything you sent to me. And, I am very happy to have you for a new friend, too.
And, I am so sad - because my dear friend Sandy, from 521Lakestreet, also sent me a lovely package of valentine sweetness, but I cannot find those pictures. I have looked high and low for them. Sandy sent me a darling valentine, and lots of sweet vintage ones, and one of her decorated shimmery, ornaments - made out of a reflector - I think that is what it is - and I just LOVE it! Thank you so much Sandy!

Also, I hosted our Family Valentine Tea. My mother started this tradition 11 years ago when my granddaughter was 1 year. It had moved from her house to my neice's - and then, to my new house this year. So, I just had to make paper valentines for everyone. I will show you lots and lots of pictures and you can pretend that you were here with me. Wouldn't that have been wonderful!
These two pieces of wood furniture are yard sale finds and I want to paint them. My neice, Shayna, said to paint them peachy pink to match my couch - what do you think?
This Valentine holder was made when I was in elementary school. I do not know how old I was, but, I think my artistic abilities have developed over time! LOL!
I did the mantel with my Dutch figures and valentines, for sweet hubs!
The Love Birds even celebrated!
I was so blessed to purchase these two dolls at our local swap meet one Saturday a few weeks ago. I made this little pink heart for Savannah. The blue one with my name is a gift from Elizabeth at Creative Breathing.
This ballerina valentine was given to me by my grandmother over 50 years ago. It is two sided. I attached it to this vintage gold box, and trimmed it with pink velvet ribbon that my grandmother gave me eons ago. Then, I added sweet vintage flowers, and glittered it up a bit, of course! My mother nearly teared up when she saw it, and my sweet sister was a bit sad that she had not kept so many things like I have. Well, her house is not a BIT cluttered - so, there you go! The Fenton lamp was a wedding gift from my inlaws 35 years ago. My mother in law said it was a "moon lamp" to bring the moonlight into our home every evening. Sooooo sweet!
Living room ready for my sweet mother and sisters!
A sweet friend gave me the red and white clothesline! I just had to use it!
February is almost over - I hope you had a wonderful month!

I do wish that you all could have joined us for this fun day!
Blessings to you all!
Too, too cute. It looks like we all had a wonderful time at your tea party....I hope I didn't make too much of a mess while I was there.....LOL Everything is darling.
Hugs,
Meri
